Our mechanics perform preventative maintenance and repairs of all levels on company-owned equipment. Experienced technicians are trusted to work independently on major & minor repairs, perform road tests to diagnose problems and complete maintenance tasks.

DIESEL TECHNICIAN LEVEL I – ENTRY - LEVEL
- Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of diesel repair experience (preferred)
DIESEL TECHNICIAN LEVEL II – MID-LEVEL
- 2-4 years of practical experience with tractor/trailer maintenance required
MECHANIC TECH II COMPETENCIES:
- CMV PM/DOT Inspector Qualified
- CMV Air Brake Certified for Drum and Disc Brakes
- CMV 609 A/C Certified and Proficient in A/C System Diagnosis & Repair
- Forklift Certified
- Electrical & Electronic Systems
- Minor Tractor Engine System Work – Tractor Engine Work
Diagnosis & Repair/Replacement
- Driveline and differential/rear end
- Tractor 3 axle alignment
- Tractor/trailer wheel end
- Hub, bearing and race, bearing adjustment and wheel seal installation
- Steer, drive and trailer spring, and air ride suspension
- Trailer door and accessory maintenance
- Trailer landing gear diagnosis, repair & replacement
- Tractor/trailer tire and rim
- Trailer tandem axle alignment
- Tractor/trailer wheel end
- Cab power accessories + power and manual windows, mirrors, seats, HVAC, APU, ESPAR Diagnosis & repair
- Fifth wheel and pintle hook coupling devices
- Trailer body panel repair
- Other duties as assigned
