High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Programs and services also assist survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness. High Point believes that everyone has inherent goodness, worth, and dignity. HR Admin/Receptionist Requirements:
- Must present as courteous and professional at all times
- Demonstrated flexibility, dependability and ability to perform multiple tasks
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion as well as be able to format memos, letters, etc.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
- Proficient and knowledge of basic computer skills and various software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPHAO`s electronic medical records
- An understanding of the relationship between substance use and mental health issues and/or self-help programs
- An understanding of boundaries and ethics
- Comply with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Substance Abuse Confidentiality Regulations and HIPAA Regulations
- Must work well within a team environment; have the ability to work with others in cooperative and collaborative manner
- Ability to plan duties for maximum effectiveness and efficiency
HR Admin/Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR Ticket System and Helpdesk
- Answer multi-line telephone and greet visitors
- Attends, takes, maintains and distributes meeting minutes as required;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff
- Assist with HR duties as assigned;
- Ensure that company vehicles are registered, maintains gas cards and verify monthly invoices.
- Ordering supplies for the Administration office and kitchen.
- Sort all incoming mail, and prepare site mail bags daily. Distributes faxes as they come in.
- Filing, data entry as needed
- Make badges/FOBS for all employees
- Assist with resolving HR tickets on the ticket system.
- Utilize UKG ( payroll and HR software)
- Sign off on stamp machine invoices.
- Input employees into company mileage
- Attend training's as outlined within the Employee Handbook
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely, confidential, and accurate manner
- Maintains boundaries and keeps all information received confidential
- Other duties as assigned
