Front Desk Agent
- Check in/out members/guests into resort campground
- Provides support for resort management
- Helps resolve member/guest issues
- Provides excellent customer service to members/guests
- Computer data entry and answer incoming calls
- Part Time position
- Weekend and Holiday shifts required
Essential Functions:
- Acts as first line of customer service for members/guests
- Assist front desk in day to day activities
- Works as a team member with all departments of the resort
- Cash handling and reporting
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (strong computer skills)
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate both written and oral with management, members/guest
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multi task
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Required Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Excellent customer service
Work Environment:
While preforming job duties these work environment will be encountered
- Wet/Dry conditions
- Upset members/guests
- Hot / Cold temperature
- Vehicles (Golf Cart) Noise levels may be loud at times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $7.25 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
