Staffing Network is looking for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant in Hayward, CA.
Hours: 830a-530pm M-F
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the production administrative department. Through hands-on tactics and strategic management of their team, this position works across the organization to ensure that orders are filled, dispatched, delivered, and returned efficiently and professionally. Overseeing the inventory and purchasing operations with in-depth knowledge of inventory management systems, the supply chain, and budgeting processes.
Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Accomplishing manufacturing results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, scheduling, inventory control, and appraising job results.
- Responsible for creating, assisting with preparation, and turning in documentation to meet our daily operational needs.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining production records, logs, and reviewing and analyzing production data.
- Accountable for data entry, documentation, reporting, filing, and other record-keeping processes related to production.
- Daily data entry into Sage or ERP work order systems.
- Maintain the full PO process, including, cutting, receiving, and submitting invoices to AP.
- Oversee data entry for inventory control.
- Accurately maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and closing reports related to financials.
- Maintain the SQF document.
- Maintain production administration equipment, including, in-house label printing, in addition to relabeling the product.
- Effective communication and initiative-taking teamwork with other areas and departments.
- Support the approved supplier program.
- Support the supplier master contract.
- Negotiate price, conditions, improvements, and terms of payments with suppliers.
- Develop a strategic approach when researching new suppliers
- Assist in maintaining the fulfillment process.
- Accountable for inventory count to uncover discrepancies in inventory records and physical counts.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–2 years prior leadership experience preferred
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Computer experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to read and speak English; Bilingual (Japanese/English preferred)
- Must have working knowledge of general warehouse operations, food industry experience
- Must be flexible with hours, a possibility for OT
- Must follow all WF GMP's and work consistently with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
· Forklift experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
