JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for conducting quality audits on patient services within 48 hours of registering, correcting errors, and noting trends. Also, QA is responsible for providing training and retraining of agents as well as increasing customer service skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Completes quality assurance (QA) audits ensure:
All demographic, and insurance payer information have been documented correctly;
compliance standards in accordance to federal and agency regulations;
all benefits and authorizations are obtained and documented;
quality assurance standards are met.
Reviews QA statistical data with Patient Access management & department lead, facilities and training on a regular basis to identify problems and trends, and recommend solutions.
Facilitates training based on QA trends to increase proficiency with departmental standards and to improve billing integrity.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid problem-solving capabilities to identify data element and compliance issues, prepare audit reports, and identify trends as well as work with staff
Demonstrate proficiency of Microsoft software products and personal computer. QA software experience is preferred.
Ability to pay attention to details at all times.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Must have 3-5 years proven leadership experience and outcomes- Prior experience is a must.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
