Join our client's team at an industry-leading company as the E/I Supervisor! Take charge of ensuring optimal asset reliability, capacity, and safety across their factory's electrical and instrumentation operations. Lead a dynamic team of Union E/I professionals and apprentices, fostering growth and technical expertise.
In this role, you'll oversee daily maintenance activities and support critical projects during inter-campaign periods, contributing to their operational success. With a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, you'll be pivotal in driving their business objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regulatory and company safety standards for personnel and facilities.
- Ensure environmental compliance through proper maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Support management in achieving operational goals and maintaining feed and food safety standards.
- Lead emergency response efforts 24/7 for electrical and instrumentation equipment issues.
- Manage R&M budget, capital planning, and contribute to margin control through effective forecasting and reporting.
- Implement KPIs to measure equipment performance and maintenance costs, driving efficiency.
- Provide leadership in preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance processes.
- Oversee inventory management and purchasing functions, optimizing resources.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
- Identify and spearhead continuous improvement projects for operational enhancement.
- Manage programming functions for operating systems, ensuring documentation and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Alternatively, possess 10+ years of industrial experience with a strong maintenance and automation background, including supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in supervision, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of electrical and instrumentation equipment and chemical processes.
- Proficient in data management systems such as AMMS, Oracle PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
