About the Position
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts the needs of our advertiser clients first. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring our clients achieve their desired marketing outcomes utilizing Cardytics products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, strong analytical skills, a passion for marketing and technology, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Cardlytics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted partner to advertisers by learning their business, developing a deep understanding of their marketing objectives and researching vertical expertise to support strategy development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring excellent client satisfaction
Ability to create compelling data-backed storytelling and recommendations, turning data into actionable insights that inform strategies in partnership with Partner Leads and cross functional teams
Effective collaboration and ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail to ensure customer success
Assist and support in the expansion of existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell growth opportunities
Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize their performance and expand product adoption on the Cardlytics platform
Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years of digital advertising experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization
Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and able to work independently with purpose and urgency
A passion for managing and growing client relationships to help them achieve their goals
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce and other relevant tools
Previous experience in a media or technology company
Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends.

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is:
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $93,000
