The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Contracts Department Team Member. As a contracts specialist you will be responsible for establishing and auditing service contracts, working directly with customers and internally with the various BDS Departments. Tasks include, but are not limited to, quoting and negotiating Contract Rates with customers, verifying contract coverage, compiling contracts and Account analysis for Sales Management and other duties assigned as needed pertinent to Contracts Administration.
To be successful in this position you should be a team player, highly organized, and have proficient computer skills. An understanding of ERP systems and experience in Customer Service, verbal and written e-mail communications is also important. You must be able to self-manage your time and focus while working remotely.

Establish New, and Renew existing Service and Supplies Contracts

Communicate effectively regarding contracts terms, escalations, and negotiations

Analyze Contracts for Opportunities and Profitability

Work closely with BDS Sales, Sales Admin and Billing Personnel

Negotiate Contract Pricing with BDS Customers and 3rd Party Dealers

Employ Attention to detail and accuracy with all information shared with customers

Requirements:
What You will Need to be Successful

Bachelors / Associate's degree, or High School Diploma with Prior Experience

5 Years Customer Service Experience
-
2+ Years experience on a contract or billing team within the office equipment industry

Proficient in e-automate (industry specific ERP)

Excellent Communication Skills, verbal and written

Can-do Attitude and a willingness to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications
