Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Tuesday – Saturday: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Occasionally, morning shifts and Sunday hours may be required.
Schedules will be shared at least 2 weeks in advance.
What You’ll Do:
As a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Molecular Technologist, you will dive into the exciting world of molecular diagnostics!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Laboratory Safety and Skills: Master pipetting, aseptic techniques, dilution, basic calculations, and measurement preparation.
- Lab Equipment Proficiency: Work with cutting-edge equipment for DNA and RNA extraction, qPCR, RT-qPCR, and more.
- Cross-Training: Expand your skills with training in Clinical Laboratory, Accessioner, and Phlebotomy departments.
- Lab Practices: Learn and manage specimen receiving, tracking, and reporting.
- Multitasking and Teamwork: Juggle tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to Detail: Bring your organizational skills to ensure precision in every task.
- Additional Duties: Embrace other exciting tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 10-30 lbs.
- Capacity to sit for extended periods during drives and stand for durations during loading and unloading.
- Flexibility and mobility to handle physical activities associated with delivery and transportation.
Additional Requirements:
- Openness to work evening shifts and weekends as needed by the organization.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening before commencement of employment.
