Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a full-circle supply chain company for the food service industry with a product offering of single-use food plastic, paper, aluminum and molded fiber products.
They’re seeking a highly-organized Office Assistant & Customer Service Coordinator to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently and effectively.
In this role you’ll be responsible for bookkeeping, interface with internal departments and external parties, onboarding and off-boarding, and running operations between offices, warehouses and manufacturing factories. You’ll also be working closely with the inventory and logistics department to ensure transportation, inbound orders, and customer satisfaction are streamlined and up-to-date. You will be supporting the accounting department with AP/AR and invoicing procedures. The ideal candidate is motivated to take on new challenges and is and determined to get the job finished.
The company is growing it's teams, footprint and distribution to maintain optimal client satisfaction. The ideal candidates will acclimate quickly and adapt as the company's objective and needs evolve. Things can change quickly in manufacturing so adaptability and flexibility are key!
What’s in it for you?
- $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.

What do you do?
- Handle day-to-day office operations and management.
- Oversee email inbox and internal communications.
- Assist the accounting department & Accounts Receivable with daily accounting, bookkeeping, and outstanding invoice requirements.
- Generate basic financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements.
- Work with the accounting department to ensure bills in Bill.com are accurate for processing.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, proof of deliveries, and interface with customers.
- Oversee the inventory levels, ordering and creation of sample packages.
- Utilize Lark for filing of sales and purchase orders.
- Develop and implement SOP's to streamline workflow processes.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and adaptability to new challenges.
What do you need?
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics roles, office management or administrative support is advantageous.
- Organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience with Lark(preferred).
- Drivers license (travel between office and warehouse may be required).
- Customer service-oriented.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude with the capability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
