Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will embody qualities such as honesty, hard work, ethics, and friendliness. We value individuals with a high level of integrity who seek challenges and strive for excellence. On-site attendance from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday is imperative.
This is a great opportunity for a talented individual who desires a team-based, fast-paced, professional environment. As the receptionist, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary initial point of contact for client phone calls and walk-in clients, you must be able to comfortably engage with clients over the phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Answer and direct all phone calls to the appropriate recipient through a switchboard that handles calls for 3 different businesses.
- Manage the schedule of the firm's advisors, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle customer service and client needs.
- Familiarize yourself with and update a contact management system
- Operate and organize a server-based filing system.
- Assist with seminars and client events as directed by advisors.
Qualifications
A two-year administrative or business degree is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other software programs is essential. In addition, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Creative and energetic candidates are a plus!
