Customer Service Lead Assistant - Full Time
Learn to answer calls and enter phone/fax/email orders for eyeglasses in system, tracking order status & following up with customers. Coordinate with internal departments as needed to process orders. Candidate must have basic computer knowledge, be organized, detail oriented, have strong follow through, problem solving & communication skills. Handle customer inquiries in a pleasant, professional manner and provide an excellent customer experience. 2-3 years’ work experience. Benefits Included. Compensation based on experience.
