Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
- Experience in outside or technical sales is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products or services
