E-commerce Manager
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online sales and marketing of sechey.com and secheynoir.com. He/she must develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve the customer experience, utilizing a range of tools and software to manage e-commerce platforms and analyze data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and optimize online sales
- Strategize SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, social retargeting campaigns, email, online custom content and other new emerging digital platforms
- In partnership with CEO and Marketing, create and manage e-commerce budget, including advertising and promotional spend
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, such as marketing and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Maintain strong understanding of customer experience data (abandoned cart, top products, AOV, hot pages, ) and implement educated marketing strategies
- Develop & analyze all weekly, monthly, quarterly reports including selling, site metrics and shop performance recaps to highlight trends in order to react quickly to needs, voids and opportunities within the e-commerce business
- Merchandise website to ensure a strong user experience for the customer
- Assist in maintaining inventory and order products as needed
- Report customer issues and apply service to resolve issues with store team quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience managing e-commerce website(s)
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, engineering or technology management or equivalent experience. Candidates enrolled in one of these programs will also be considered.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills
- Extensive familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo (or similar platforms)
- Knowledgeable about a variety of search engines
- Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration
- Ability to think strategically and compile large amounts of information into powerful, easy-to-use dashboards and reports
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis
- Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS and common coding/programming practices is a plus
- Demonstrates excellent leadership abilities, along with solid time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to find solutions to technical and practical problems within budget constraints
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
