We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, who will be responsible for driving strategy, coordination and execution across multi-channel touchpoints that bring the Hanna brand to life, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role will own the development and execution of our campaign roadmap, leading cross-functional efforts bringing brand storytelling through our site and marketing channels.
This role is highly collaborative, with close partnership across the product, marketing, digital, and creative teams. We are looking for an expert in consumer marketing, integrated marketing as well as campaign planning. You will have deep experience in driving consumer insights, developing clear and inspiring messaging, creating a strategic platform that guides integrated marketing across all channels, and leading creative campaigns from concept to execution.

You have a knack for storytelling and presenting ideas in a way that makes people fall in love. Additionally, you’re collaborative, organized, and accountable, giving proper attention to the detail of your craft as well as bringing cross-functional teams along in the process.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or another related field.

Minimum of 7 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category leading brands

Experience in developing integrated plans

Strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities – ability to take initiative and problem solve

Be able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the company. Be able to effectively communicate priorities and needs to executive audiences.

This listed base salary range is a good faith representation of the base salary range for this position. However, location, unique skills and/or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.
