Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Resident On-Site Manager to live at the property, oversee the operations and management of our property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, leasing, sales, and customer service. Role includes a unit at the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing:
- Show available units to prospective tenants.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.
Maintenance Coordination:
- Schedule and oversee maintenance requests and repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Resident Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and providing support.
- Facilitate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Enforce community policies and regulations.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain property records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Assist with property marketing and community events.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Appfolio) is a plus.
- Must be able to live on the property.
