The qualified candidate will demonstrate the following
- Genuine enthusiasm and readiness to serve
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to delivery exceptional service
- Reliable transportation to and from work is important
- Able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
- Have valid Washington Food Handler's Card
- High attention to detail and efficient multi-tasking are necessary skills
- Maintain sanitation and organization standards
- A supportive and positive attitude, and a willingness to help out when help is needed including additional requests for teamwork support
Pantry Line Cook Job Description
Pantry Line Cook is in charge of preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. Responsible to make sure work stations are set and ready before lunch service. Composing custom built salads to order during lunch service.

Specific Responsibilities
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary
- Preparing food for service(e.g. chopping vegetable, preparing sauces, preparing soups)
- Cooking menu items working with the team to ensure menu items are prepared and ready for service
- Follow the executive or sous chef's instructions
- Clean up station and properly put away leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately for the next days service
- Ensure high quality food is prepared properly and comes out on time
Skills and Abilities
- Proven cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
