Team Leader
Duties:
- Oversee and manage a team of employees
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure that team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good math skills for inventory management and stock control
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
