Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator to join our team. The Group Facilitator is a therapeutic guide, journeying with the clients on their road to recovery, from admission through discharge. The Group Facilitator contributes insightful, practical and meaningful information to the development of the client. Each Group Facilitator provides treatment in the form of, but not limited to, group sessions. Licensed clinicians (Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.) and registered associates must possess knowledge of mental health conditions, dual diagnosis, and/or chemical dependency. The group facilitator should have ACT, CBT, TRM, and/or LGBTQIA+ training/experience and willing to travel between our 9 locations across Los Angeles (Santa Clarita x4, Encino x3, Culver City, Agoura).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group therapy sessions for individuals dealing with various mental health challenges
- Facilitate discussions and activities to promote emotional well-being and personal growth
- Provide crisis intervention and support to group members in need
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for participants
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and professionalism
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
- Ability to pass a background check and Livescan

Pay: $75.00 - $125.00 per hour
