Kingdom Servant Job Title: Business Office Assistant
Supervisor: Director of Business Operations
Type: Full-Time Year-Round Position
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Performs a variety of Business Office activities related to Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, and Payroll in an appropriate and confidential manner. Position reports to the Director of Business Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – The Employee will:
- Accounts Receivable: Maintain all aspects of billing and accounts receivable including the establishment and maintenance of FACTS Tuition Management agreements; Participate in coordination and execution of student reenrollment and registration process; Assist bookkeeper as needed
- Human Resources and Payroll: Assist faculty and staff with benefits and other human resources inquiries; Be responsible for onboarding of new employees; Be responsible for monthly payroll processing including management of all deductions and adjustments; Manage vendor contact for changes to employee benefits status
- General: Administratively support Director of Business Operations as needed; Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating, and purging; Respond to inquiries, checks accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES – The Employee should possess:
- Ability to carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision
- Ability to make decisions and establish work priorities
- Working knowledge of HR processes
- Ability to use computer for data entry, word processing and spreadsheet applications required
- Skilled in giving excellent customer service
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required
- Two years college with courses in business, human resources, or equivalent experience preferred or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
