About the Role
As a Server at HaSalon, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our valued guests. Your primary objective will be to ensure an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and attentive service while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and offer insightful recommendations on food and beverage selections
Take accurate orders and transmit them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
Anticipate guest needs and address any special requests or dietary requirements
Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils and condiments
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, service stations, and server station
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to guests and promptly addressing any concerns or issues
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff
Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
