RJM Engineering, Inc. is a transportation engineering consulting firm with a wide array of challenging government agency projects. RJM currently has an opening for Administrative Support for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) Director of Communications & Engagement and team at the MTA's Baltimore Inner Harbor Office.
Candidate should have excellent administrative skills including phone, email, and calendar management.
Required skills and qualifications are:
- College degree or equivalent
- Expert in MS Office Suite
- InDesign experience a plus, but not mandatory
- Meeting Facilitation, Minutes, etc.
- Proven administrative experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Previous success in office management
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- All other tasks as directed by Communications & Engagement Director and Team.
