**Job Overview:**
The Administrative Support Specialist oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and productivity. This role involves a variety of administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks.
**Duties:**
- Handle office correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, mail, and packages.
- Manage office spending budgets, track spending and billing.
- Booking Hotels, Flights for company employees
- Organize Onboarding process for new employees/sub-contractors
- Apply for and track electrical permits
- Manage Socia Media pages, FB, Insta, LinkedIn
**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
