Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic outside Sales Representative to join our team, calling on banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies. Prior experience in the mortgage industry is a plus!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic planning.

LOCATION: YOU SHOULD BE CURRENTLY LOCATED IN ONE OF THE MAJOR METRO AREAS: AUSTIN, DFW, HOUSTON, or SAN ANTONIO.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients through regular phone, email, and in-person contact
- Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline, from cold-calling and basic marketing to ongoing account management
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track progress and update customer information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an outside sales position, with an emphasis on new business development
-Experience with cold calling to develop new leads
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry and proficiency in understanding the real estate process
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
