Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payments, verify insurance information, and handle billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Collaborate effectively with dental staff to coordinate patient care and support daily operations.
- Uphold and promote a positive office atmosphere and patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous roles.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
