We are seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee our apartment communities in the Indiana and Kentucky markets.
Details:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational performance to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
- Manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in multi-family operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management
