Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and any other requests they may have.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as needed.
Requirements:

- You have to be available to work WEEKENDS, OVERNIGHTS, AND HOLIDAYS
