Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Biz Ops rockstar to tackle some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our Ops organization’s strategic roadmap. This role reports directly to the Director of Business Operations who rolls directly to Fanatics Collectibles’ SVP of Operations & Strategic Growth. This Biz Ops Associate and will simultaneously engage with several high-impact special projects that are cross-cutting across the organization. Given the Biz Ops team’s end-to-end mandate, this role can expect to both 1) evaluate and scope potential strategic initiatives as well as 2) drive execution and ultimately ensure value capture. The ideal candidate is a highly flexible self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.
Within the first 6 months, you will…
- Help drive multiple high-impact business initiatives and, together with the Director and Biz Ops Team, work cross-functionally to ensure project success (e.g., Near/off-shoring efforts, new tools/tech platform development, strategic process change to enable growth, etc.)
- Set goals, report findings, deliver recommendations, and help present progress updates to the Fanatics Collectibles CSO and other key leaders
- Build robust business intelligence functionality to enable continuous business improvement and scalable growth

The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred
- Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
- Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn

The salary range for this position is $110,000- $135,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
