We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage accounts and handle customer inquiries in our fast-paced environment. In this role, you will process new orders, and work accounts across a number of communication platforms and systems. To do well in this role you need to be very detail-oriented, be an exceptional multi-tasker, work well with the public, and you must have experience working with computer applications and managing heavy call volume.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers at all times
- Handling heavy call volume and data entry across multiple platforms with strict deadlines
- Ensuring detailed information is managed appropriately
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Understanding when to escalate a situation to management
- Knowing our services and various systems inside and out so that you can confidently and competently manage accounts and answer questions
- Processing orders, order status, forms, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in our system of record
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and being a reliable team member
- Ensure professional customer support
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliability and self-discipline is a must
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task successfully
- Ability to stay calm when others are not
- Comfortable and skilled using various applications and answering phones
- Experience working in customer support is helpful
- Must be able to follow procedures to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as a team-member is a must
