We are an IT MSP working out of Great Neck, New York on Long Island and we are searching for our newest IT Support Specialist.
The new hire's role is to provide exceptional IT Support services to our diverse group of clients. This is an onsite role working primarily out of our Great Neck office. It will involve visits to client sites regularly.
We deal with demanding clients and we expect our employees to take that in stride, keep a smile on their face, and produce great results. Details matter to us and we pride ourselves on getting things right the first time. Basic Functions:
- Provide onsite and remote IT support
- Assist with implementations
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
- ConnectWise usage
- Previous MSP/Helpdesk experience
- Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment.
- Skill written and verbal communications.
- Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
Education/Vocation/Previous Experience
- Relevant degrees or certifications
