As a leader in the Automotive industry, our employees build respectful and transparent relationships with our client’s customer base. Our culture promotes teamwork, working as a unit between our clients and our Management Trainee to reach quarterly production goals. We are looking for engaging individuals who believe customer service is the key to success to take on this Management Trainee role.
Our Management Trainee role is the foundation for providing an outstanding customer experience; therefore, this position offers full training so you can feel confident and prepared to help as many people as possible. The Management Trainee must demonstrate organization, efficiency, and leadership skills while achieving customer satisfaction expectations and building clients’ brand reputation.
Our Management Trainee’s aim to attract potential customers by explaining product and service information, addressing questions knowledgeably, and establishing long-lasting relationships. In addition, the Management Trainee will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating with customers openly, submitting new orders, monitoring their completion, and updating any customer information
- Meeting performance standards while striving to improve customer satisfaction
- Collecting customer feedback and recommending potential products and services to better meet their needs
- Working with a customer service and management team to create better methods of communication to address customer concerns by evaluating customer feedback forms
- Participating in client meetings and stay up to date with any new promotions
Qualifications for the Management Trainee include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in business development, customer service, client relations, or management preferred
- Desire to provide a great customer experience and build brand familiarity
- Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to multitask and stay organized handling multiple customer accounts
- Positive and professional demeanor always
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $43,737.71 - $52,673.38 per year
