Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1) Developing Digital Communication Plan:
- Developing and updating strategic communication plans for all existing and potential new platforms.
- Working closely with the communication strategist to form holistic plannings.
2) Creating and Curating Digital Content:
- Creating and curating text, photo, and video content.
- Using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and/or other tools deem appropriate
3) Managing Online Platforms and Metrics/Reports:
- Managing social media channels, websites, search engines, Yelp, Google, Apple, Trip Advisor, etc.
- Ad and profile management across online platforms.
- Website traffic analysis.
- Social media metrics (likes, shares, comments).
- Conversion rates and click-through rates.
4) SEO Optimization:
- Optimizing content for SEO.
- Auditing content and removing duplicate information.
5) Content Performance Analysis:
- Analyzing content performance.
- Using analytical skills to assess metrics and KPIs.
6) Social Media Monitoring and Response:
- Monitoring social media happenings and providing timely responses.
- Monitoring social media 24/7 to stay updated with trends and handle issues promptly.
- Social post Canva designs – ability to use Canva.
7) Liaising with Storefront for Visits:
- Organizing and coordinating production-related visits.
- Store-Front Digital Support – menus, photos, flyers, banners, posters, etc.
8) Social Media Marketing Campaigns:
- Developing social media marketing campaigns.
- Researching social media trends and informing management.
- Establishing relationships with social media influencers.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
9) Customer and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the brand’s social media accounts.
10) Website Content Development:
- Developing website content to support brand goals and strategies.
- Aligning the website with brand strategy and standards.
11) Website Management:
- Planning, creating, implementing, managing, monitoring, and updating websites.
12) Improving Website Traffic:
- Creating strategies to improve website traffic.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
13) Enhancing User Experience:
- Identifying ways to improve website user experience.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS).
14) Social Media Tools for Reputation Management:
- Using social media marketing tools to increase and maintain brand reputation.
- Increasing online engagement and reach.
15) Handling Emerging Issues:
- Monitoring social media for trends and handling issues promptly.
- Managing communication during issues to maintain the organization’s reputation.
16) Influencer Analysis and Relations:
- Analyzing influencers’ profiles and establishing collaboration relations.
- Developing a strong network of social media influencers.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
17) Metrics and Reporting:
- Website traffic analysis.
- Social media metrics (likes, shares, comments).
- Conversion rates and click-through rates.
- Weekly reports on progress, ROI, updates, and effectiveness of digital content (media effectiveness)
- Fulfillment Programs Reporting – redemption reports, ownership of inventory, coordinate marketing and sales programs in partnership with 3 party entities (i.e. membership warehouse clubs) and gift cards
18) Complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Proven Experience: Min. 1 year of full-time experience in marketing, social media platforms, and/or content marketing.
- Mid-level experience: 3-5 years
- Photo and Video Production: Essential requirement for creating and managing high-quality multimedia content.
PLUS Skills:
- Photography skills
- Food and restaurant experience
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin)
- Ability to adapt and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
