Axis for Autism is seeking a full time psychometrist in our Phoenix office to support us in providing timely Autism evaluations across Arizona and reducing the disparity of service.
Your Role at Axis for Autism:
The psychometrist performs a variety of clinical and support roles under the direction of a licensed psychologist. The position requires interaction with children, adults, their families and caregivers and the administration and scoring of standardized testing for the purpose of assisting in diagnosis of Autism. We provide a rigorous and supervised training program for this position.
Who You Are:
- BA in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or Education
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong observational skills and ability to record and convey those observations systematically and reliably through writing
- Adept at multitasking
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
- Bilingual
