Job Summary:
True Omni is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up meetings and conducting software demonstrations. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively showcasing our range of touchscreen systems, including kiosks, digital signage, and video walls, to prospective clients. Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and objectives, and effectively communicate how True Omni's Omnichannel Marketing solutions can address their challenges.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our touchscreen systems, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns aimed at specific industry verticals or market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in Omnichannel Marketing to effectively position True Omni's solutions in the market.
- Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and generate regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline progress.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, demonstrating a results-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving excellence.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the sales team by sharing best practices, providing mentorship to junior team members, and actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience
- We require an individual who is tech-savvy and possesses experience in working with a tech company, including SAAS, hardware, computer, or software companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and close sales deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in conducting software demonstrations and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as required.
