The US base salary range for this full-time position is $31-73/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Project Manager*
- Provide planning, implementing and evaluating laboratory programs and duties.
- Organize, coordinate, and assist with program events, including but not limited to: Interviews, Orientation, Visit weeks, Colloquia, seminar series, and guest speakers.
- Provide lab program support including but not limited to: travel processing/booking, accommodations, visit schedules, itinerary confirmation and notification.
- Provide support for various scientific committees and laboratory activities.
- Develop and maintain program databases and provide comprehensive statistical analysis reports.
- Serve as liaison to other labs and entities inside and outside the NIH.
- Provide expertise and program support in the functional areas of budget and finance and strategic planning for scientific research.
- Prepare domestic and foreign travel authorizations in compliance with government travel regulations, assembly of personnel packages, credentialing of clinical staff, and other related tasks.
- Manage office records in an organized and confidential manner. Draft letters, memoranda and e-mail messages to include the daily maintenance of confidential and privacy information.
- Carry out various functions in support of the efficient operations of the lab, including program management; materials and equipment; purchase request and various service requests and orders.
- Follow up as necessary with appropriate staff to assure compliance with deadlines and coordinate and facilitate activities related to special project.
Qualifications:Travel and Training Requirements:
- Travel may be required, at the discretion of the Task Leader.
- All Travel must be approved in writing by the Contracting Officer
- All travel and training, if approved by the COR and the Contracting Officer, will be funded through a subsequent modification. Please do not include these costs in your task order proposal.

Specific Qualifications:_*
- BS is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience is required.
- Effective and clear communication skills and the ability to work in a high stress environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills: ability to independently manage a variety of projects with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities to organize a continuous flow of work in a timely manner and meet mandatory deadlines, with ability to meet deadlines and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
