JOB SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be to focus on providing excellent service though phone and email interactions with our customers and consumers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

Understanding of natural and organic poultry. Ability to describe and explain key Bell & Evans differentiators.

Answers customer and consumer phone calls and emails

Interact with customers and consumers, support in resolving any questions or concerns in a professional manner.

Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

Report and record all customer and consumer complaints to our Quality Assurance Department.

Resolve consumer and customer complaints not requiring escalation
-
Work closely with the sales team and shipping department to ensure we meet our customers’ needs.

Facilitate customer POS orders through our business partner. Assist customers so they can order labels and download material.

And train others to execute in your absence

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED
-
2 years Customer Service Experience
