Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Closely monitors and sets up job personnel assignments
- Assist with implementation and supervision of loss prevention plan
- Active in account inspection, site walk-through, and follow up with any findings
- Assist as needed with job tracking, budgets, and efficiency analysis
- Customer Service skills
- 40 – 65 + hours per week during growing season
- Pull pipe if needed
- Troubleshoot and resolves leak issues, controller and sensor problems, electrical issues
- Track and locate wires and valves
- Pull enclosed install trailer and manage install crew when needed
Required Skills:
- Have knowledge of all aspects of Irrigation Install operations
- Ability to diagnose and problem solve
- General knowledge of Customer Database software and basic computer skills
- Must be physically able to perform all aspects of the install process
- Must have exceptional Time Management Skills
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Must understand zoning, pressures, and design theory
- Must have ability to create service estimates
- Clean driving record and D.O.T card required
Required Education, Training & Experience:
- Must have Commercial/Residential install crew experience
- Must have detailed knowledge of all aspects of the residential and commercial install equipment, and its capacity and capabilities
- Must have knowledge of Commercial/Town home systems to include: 2” PVC, 2-Wire Systems, and Commercial Timers
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing including copper sweating
