Job Description: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Sales Consultant to join our team in Largo, FL. This full-time role involves actively working with existing leads, making outbound calls to prospects, and selling our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, phone sales expert with at least 2 years of successful phone sales experience and be committed to continuous learning and professional growth through our sales training program, Cardone University.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects to generate sales opportunities.
- Effectively present and sell our digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Participate in monthly marketing events which may require staying after hours one day per month.
- Consistently update and manage our CRM software (Go High Level) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Commit to and actively participate in ongoing training through Cardone University to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
GOALS:
- Increase the number of new clients acquired each month.
- Improve the conversion rate of leads to sales.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- 2 years of proven phone sales experience preferably in digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in making dozens of calls per day.
- Able to make a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to sell digital marketing solutions.
- Dress professionally.
- Communicate professionally.
- Strong administrative skills (update pipeline).
- Experience using Google G-Drive.
- Willingness to commit to continuous training and development through Cardone University.
