Our organization is seeking an innovative, creative Nutritionist I/Site Supervisor capable of leading a team of Dietitians and other related support staff. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a team, have a record of meeting deadlines, and enjoy working with coworkers to solve problems and achieve results. The Site Supervisor will work directly with the Director of Operations and other department heads to develop new programs, policies and procedures related to the company's programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises, counsels, disciplines, and prepares employee performance evaluations, including but not limited to annual or probationary evaluations.
- Responsible for overall direction of clinic including appointment scheduling, enrollments, certification, disqualifications and authorization of WIC benefits for participants on the program via WIC's Web Information System Exchange (WIC WISE).
- Provides nutritional screening, assessments, counseling, and WIC food prescriptions for participants.
- Responsible for documenting site-related incidents and for alerting the Area Manager when employee, participant, or facility problems occur.
- make sure that the site is clean and presentable. Clean bathrooms, remove trash and litter, wipe counters, and sweep floors.
- Plans, directs and organize the clinic activities to meet the federal, state and local agency requirements.
- Acts as a mediator, as needed, for employee problems.
- Works as a team with other clinic supervisors and the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all clinic sites.
- Schedule clinic site staffing and meetings. Assists with training employees in the clinic.
- Ensure that all products are displayed properly and are available at the right times.
- Monitor traffic flow and participant access to the site.
- Meet and greet participants to ensure satisfaction.
- Restock products on shelves.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics, Health Education or related health field. Completion of an approved internship program by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) preferred.

All patients are subjected to COVID screening and are required to wear a mask when not receiving treatment. All staff members must be fully vaccinated.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $59,125.00 per year
