Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Conducting routine inspections of the building and identifying any maintenance issues
- Repairing and maintaining electrical systems, including low voltage wiring
- Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical problems
- Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing
- Ensuring the building is clean and well-maintained at all times
Skills:
- Experience with electrician work, including knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Ability to maintain and repair various building systems, including plumbing and carpentry
Requirements:
-Valid Driver's license
-Reliable transportation.
