We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Our fast paced and friendly working environment requires this individual to be outgoing, detail-oriented, hardworking, excellent in communication, capable of multitasking, and a team player. Some experience in optical is ideal, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Pay is based on experience.
Job responsibilities include
- Assist patients in frame selection and educate them on their corrective lens options and help them make choices that fits their medical needs as well as lifestyle preferences
- Verify that eyewear meets optical standards and patient’s requests
- Adjust, dispense, and repair glasses
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, and inform patients of any co-payments or uninsured services.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Troubleshoot to ensure patient success and outstanding customer service
- Bill patients out for exam services, collected co-pays and deductibles
- Work with team members and doctors to provide excellent quality eye care to our patients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
