We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the litigation practice in our dynamic Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have six plus years of experience and support mainly toxic tort cases and other litigation matters as needed. They must be highly organized and manage busy dockets. The successful candidate will have California State Court experience and must be nimble to make appearances with short notice. This is a part time role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of toxic tort matters
- Conduct depositions and all aspects of discovery
- Prepare and argue motions and briefs before state and federal courts
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of six years of experience practicing litigation, with a focus on toxic tort
- Trial experience is preferred
- Strong brief writing skills and deposition skills required and hearing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

Part Time Salary: $152,500.00 - $270,000.00/ year
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
