Senior Account Manager, Commercial Lines:
As a Senior Account Manager in Commercial Lines, you will have the primary responsibility of managing customers' service needs. Provide proactive day to day client service by responding to client inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Create new and renewal proposals for prospects and clients. Serving as the customer’s sounding board, and liaison for insurance needs, you will help prepare, deliver, and maintain their custom insurance programs.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client service. Respond timely to client service requests as well as identify problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Manage communications for new business quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits and billing.
- Understand complex exposures including specialty product lines.
- Prepare applications, proposals and related items for existing and new business.
- Organize and prioritize workflows for assigned book(s) of business.
- Provide expert professional support to our Agent Owners and help grow and retain business.
- Assist with client management system and support administrative tasks and marketing projects.
- Work with sales professionals to review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5-10 Years professional experience in Commercial Insurance service providing an exceptional experience.
- Experience handling large construction clients along with surety bond experience preferred.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance in the state of IL.
- Excellent presentation skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to quickly change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Applied Epic experienced preferred.
