Storage Manager
Overview:
Join our team as a Storage Manager in Los Lunas. As a Storage Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch customer service, overseeing storage units, and maintaining the property's overall appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers on their storage needs and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Assist customers, whether through reservations or walk-ins, in renting storage units, explaining lease terms, fees, and finalizing lease agreements.
- Engage with customers to promote and sell merchandise like boxes and tape that align with their storage requirements.
- Manage the cash drawer, ensure accurate balances, prepare deposits, and handle daily transactions meticulously.
- Conduct daily physical inspections of storage units to confirm inventory availability and security measures.
- Record customer interactions and important notes in the computer system for future reference.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, problem-solving acumen, and independence in daily tasks.
- Utilize computer proficiency for data entry, account notations, and transaction reconciliation.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties such as sweeping and window cleaning as necessary.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property leasing or facilities management is advantageous.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and adept at customer relationship management.
Joining our team as a Storage Manager provides paid training, mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, and one week of paid vacation after one year of service with the potential for up to two weeks after two years.
