As a Job Coach, you'll provide personalized training and assistance, helping individuals learn job tasks, develop interpersonal skills, and thrive in their professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized one-on-one training and support tailored to individual needs.

Participate in training sessions to equip clients with essential job-related skills.

Assist individuals in understanding job processes and expectations.

Offer continuous support by working alongside individuals during every shift.

Identify necessary accommodations to enhance job performance.

Facilitate effective communication between individuals and management, assisting in feedback acceptance and implementation.

Educate staff and management on inclusive communication and integration of individuals with disabilities.

Encourage and facilitate the independence of clients in their employment endeavors.
Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Experience in training or coaching preferred.

Knowledge of disabilities and accommodations advantageous.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Patience, empathy, and adaptability are essential traits for success.

Demonstrate one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or showcase an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

Proficient in comprehending and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

Skilled in mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, utilizing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and navigate diverse scenarios with limited standardization.

Proficiency in basic computer usage, along with fundamental record-keeping skills and effective time management.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to provide proof of insurance for driving personal vehicles on company business.

Successfully complete the following in-house training within the initial 90 days of employment:
