Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Negotiations:
- Initiate and manage lease negotiations for office spaces and other business facilities.
- Coordinate with landlords, real estate agents, and legal counsel to negotiate favorable lease terms.
- Ensure lease agreements align with business needs and financial objectives.
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Address staff queries regarding office facilities and provide necessary support.
- Business Licensing:
- Maintain and renew business licenses and permits required for operation.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
- Manage documentation and filings related to business licenses.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Financial Oversight:
- Track expenses related to office management and lease agreements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring related to office operations.
- Work closely with accounting and finance teams on lease-related payments and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in lease negotiations, property management, or office administration.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to interpret lease agreements and legal documents.
- Knowledge of business licensing procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with office management software (e.g., property management systems).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
