Stay NWA is a short-term vacation rental management company with properties located throughout Northwest Arkansas. We provide a diverse selection of unique and luxurious homes for an unforgettable stay! Our vacation rentals are designed to create a consistent, luxurious, and memorable experience for all guests. Each property is thoughtfully designed, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked. As we continue to add new properties in the area, we are looking for new team members who fit our company culture and the fast-paced environment that comes with the growing demand of guest reservations in our area.
We are looking for qualified candidates to join our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for cleaning a variety of properties and will be required to follow Stay NWA’s specific guidelines. You will need a strong work ethic, exceptional cleanliness, and high attention to detail. This position requires physical labor and reliable transportation to each property. We prefer you to have prior cleaning experience, and you must possess the willingness to learn new cleaning procedures. Our housekeepers typically work alone, but we occasionally require cleans to be performed as a team.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize the property after guests check out.
- Launder and change out bed linens and towels.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Shampoo carpets and rugs as necessary.
- Clean and restock all living spaces.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Treat stains, clean spills, and dust all surfaces.
- Notify property managers of any damage or necessary repairs.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking properties.
- Effectively communicate with the team.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
- Take pictures before and after every clean.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a smart phone to access tasks and report to supervisors while on the job.
- Must have a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to perform light physical labor.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed is preferred, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
