Optimus Properties, LLC (www.optimuspropertiesllc.com), a Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a part-time or full-time Office Assistant to join our growing team. This dynamic, well-established, real estate company is seeking an organized, hard-working assistant. The ideal candidate must speak Farsi and work on-site Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Responsibilities Include:
-Maintain existing electronic filing system
-Provide support to executives and management team
-Draft and mail office correspondence
-Maintain office supply inventory
-Receive and sort mail
-Answer phones
-Heavy personal assistant duties
Qualifications:
-2+ years' experience in an office assistant or executive assistant role
-Must speak Farsi
-Knowledge of MS Office Software
Compensation:
-$20 to $25/hour
