Position Summary:
This position is expected to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities include following sample receiving procedures, interactions with clients via phone, email, and in-person, and other administrative duties. Personnel must be outgoing and friendly as well as capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Greeting and assisting clients.
· Relinquish jobs in a timely manner.
· Organize samples based on Chain of Custody.
· Respond to phone calls and emails.
· Address clients’ needs and concerns.
· Familiarize new clients with lab procedures.
· Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
· Provide clients with supplies.
· Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff
Skills:
· Customer Service experience
· Experience with various POS systems, Adobe, and Microsoft Software
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Detail Oriented
· Ability to stand for multiple consecutive hours at a time.
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
