OVERVIEW:
Combined Communications is a Contact Center located in Bowling Green, KY. We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service and high work ethic to answer and dispatch our customer non- emergency and emergency telephone calls. The best Customer Service Reps are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. They love to talk. This is a great way to help individuals across our nation with various needs including but not limited to; scheduling heat and air appointments, notifying funeral directors of a family in need of their services, individuals with home oxygen equipment that is malfunctioning, contacting a physician for a medical need after office hours, needing tree removal or needing to contact an attorney due to a car wreck. We are a 24 hour – 7 day a week – 365 days a year operation. This job can be done remotely if the hardware requirements are met or in-office. Applicants must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- 1 year contact center, call center or answering service experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Clear and effective communication
- Private and secure workspace (Remote work)

- Processor: Modern multi-core CPU recommended

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES CAN INCLUDE:
Answer and dispatch customer telephone calls (150-200 calls daily avg). Monitor email and reply accordingly. Monitor and communicate through web chat. Ensure quality service by following company policies and standards as well as adhering to compliance standards. Attend work on a regular and predictable basis. This job does require the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Training and mentoring could occur virtually, in-person, through telephone call and/or email and messaging.
EXPERIENCE:
- Call Center/Contact Center/Answering Service: 1-year (preferred)
- Remote Work: 1-year (preferred)
